Rules/Guidelines for taking the test:

You have 1 hour to complete this test from the time you load this page.
Please use a camera where your face is clearly visible and a good microphone. We recommend USB headsets by either Sennheiser or Logitech. Inaudible interviews will be discarded.
If you don't know the answers, you are allowed to google them and see how much you can learn with quick research. You are required to state that you did this in the video answer though.
Tell as much as possible about how you learned the answers.
If you don't know something and can't find the answer, admit it.
If you need to redo any video, we will see all versions that you do and make our own choice on which one is the best.
Show us how good you are at communicating concepts clearly and concisely in a professional manner.

Instructions to answer questions:

Read the question and make sure you are prepared to answer.
Press the "Record Video" button. (If you need them, settings are there too to select camera/mic.)
When prompted, give your browser access to your camera and mic.
Once you see yourself on the screen, say something to test the microphone, the mic icon should turn green.
If the mic is green, we're ready. Hit record, and in 3, 2, 1, we're recording.
If prompted, pick a covershot or skip.
Your video should be submitted to us.
